If you're aged between 17 - 19, you have got to try eCar Car Insurance. I was searching around for ages. I eventually gave up and was about to pay out on my cheapest quote with Tesco at £1600, but eCar gave me a quote for comprehensive insurance at £1000, and third party fire and theft for £700. You have got to try them. They're too good to be true.
