Good Points

I wish they had never been taken over by Orange

General Comments

Wanadoo were brilliant until Orange took it over, and now it's just unusable. It keeps disconnecting, and when it does connect it is like dial-up, not broadband. I am going to be leaving this company because they have given me an awful service online, and off line on the phone (only call them if you want to go around the houses and still not have your questions answered after an hour).
