There were no good points.
I hired a car over the Budget website, and they offerred Fulham London as a pick up option. I paid for the car in advance on-line. When I arrived at Fulham Budget they told me that had ceased to be a "Budget Franchise" two weeks previously, and they did not have a copy of my reservation nor could they provide me with a car. I called Budget and they told me that Fulham was no longer one of their locations and did I want to go to Heathrow (an hour away) to pick up a car there. People who hire cars are usually logistically vulnerable, have to get places etc. and the inconvenience caused was huge. This matter has still not been resolved and I still have not received a refund for a car I did not receive.
I have had two experiences with budget and they have both been terrible. They deserve to be in a hall-of-shame or shut down.
