Ignored emails and refused to honour contract
General Comments
I entered a mobile phone contract with The Mobs and returned all documents for line rental refund, as requested. They confirmed that they had received them and that all was in order. They refused to refund line rental as per their contract!
I have since read numerous reviews by people with similar experiences. How they are allowed to remain traders is beyond belief?
I would recommend in the strongest terms possible that people avoid this company!

Couldn't agree more, they did the same with me, my brother and girlfriend, a dispicable company that relies on the inertia of customers to eventually give up - the phone number costs you money to call and you never get any help.
