NONE
My car was broken into along with 5 more on my return from holiday on 30th August 06.
This car park is advertised as "Totally secure", the owner says "nothing is totally secure" with High perimeter fence, 24 hour cover and CCTV surveillance. In fact it is not secure it has to quote the owner "balustrade fencing" 24 hour cover is true but patrolling depends on if busy or not according to one of his workers. CCTV the owner admits" does not cover the whole car park at times"
Both the owner and his agent FHR have been very evasive, and have pushed the issue back to me to resolve in terms of insurance claim. FHR - have a complaints team but you cannot speak to them as they have no telephones!!
THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO LIABILITY WHAT SO EVER YOU ARE BETTER PARKING IT IN A STREET - IT'S THE SAME RISK.
To those who have already booked I would advise you to cancel and rebook with someone like APH who are by far the best I have used and we fly about 12 times per year.
To those who have been broke into or had their keys lost, if you want to contact me and put this to the press or further then contact me through this forum.
Don't leave your car here unless you are prepared to lose your no claims on your policies. MIA have no liability should anything happen. It's all your risk, the same as parking on the street.
