Good Points

The hotel is nice
The pools are excellent
The food was nice enough

Bad Points

The people who wanted to moan about everything, and there were a lot of them.
Kids entertainment wasn't up to much, and it was repetitive, but kids soon make friends and entertain themselves anyway.

General Comments

We had a great time - Female 51, Female 33, Boy 15, Boy 12 and Girl 9. The room was spacious, and we had clean towels. They were a bit small, but hey, they did the job!

Panas Village in Ayia Napa has 2 pools. One is big, clean, warm and fun, and the other is small, warm and quiet.

Staff were OK, but we were not on holiday with them anyway. They just serve food and drinks, so it makes no difference really.

The food was sometimes nice and sometimes OK. There was chicken, fish, pork and beef every night, in different sauces, with veg, salad, pasta, rice, chips and potatoes. Yes, it does get a bit samey when you have a little of everything each night, but at least they don't give you rubbish like burgers, nuggets and fish fingers!

The location is great, and it's a 10 minute walk from Ayia Napa Harbour and beach for some excellent boat trips, and the town is just behind the harbour. 20 minutes in the other direction is Nissi Beach, which is nice, but busy. Buses are great (£0.80p each way). Be sure to get the bus to Fig Tree Bay, as it was the best place I went by far. Water World is lots of fun, and it costs £7 per child (under 12), although my 15 year old also passed for a child ticket, and £15 per adult. A taxi there is £4, and the taxi driver gave us some money off vouchers, so we saved £10!!
