Good Points

Weekly sales. Good selection of all types of sports products.


Bad Points

Customer service could be a tad more helpful.


General Comments

If you want anything sports oriented, Big 5 is the place to go. No matter what it is you are looking for, I would be surprised if they didn't have it. The things there can be quite pricey but they have a new sale every week, so you can get lots of stuff at lower prices.

Including the prices, there is just two things that could be improved upon at Big 5. The customer service is the second. You'll need to know exactly what you're looking for before you enter the store. Don't expect a service representative to help you find whatever it is that your looking for, you have to know what exactly you want, for they don't seem to be able to answer any general questions. You'll need to be very specific. Just know what you want, and you can get it there, at Big 5!!!
