Can't get through to customer services on the telephone
They don't answer e-mails
General Comments
I ordered an O2 pay-as-you-go Sim card, and it was advertised as coming with 300 free texts every month and shown as in stock. I paid extra for next day delivery, but two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. Contact with Aria PC Technology Customer Services is impossible, as they never answer the phone, and e-mails are never replied to.
