General Comments
I brought a Umarex Reck Police (Sig225) at an airgun shop in Auckland of NZ. It was not cheap and it was $455 NZ. However, I got what I paid for. It is a very good quality gun which was manufactured in Germany, unlike most CP99 pellet guns made by Umarex Crosman group in the USA. Reck Police (Sig225) is a four inch gun as same as CP88 but it more powerful than CP88. Why? Because it has a special German made valve. If you have both CP88 and Reck Police (Sig225), you will know the valves of both guns are different. This is a unique gun.

on 14th Apr 2007Does anyone - Brocock or AGS or John Rothery / Bisley make a silencer adapter for the Umarex Reck Police pistol? Has anyone adapted a CP88 or CP99 adapter?

on 18th Apr 2007Dear friend
There are several companies that joined Umarex in Germany. My Reck police made by Walther of Umarex. I have a P99 co2 pistol made by Umarex .co of Umarex. I found Walther umarex made co2 gun better.glennwalsh

Surely all Umarex valves are German made - they are after all the parent company of Walther - a German company.
Where did this information come from, and what are the differences?
