General Comments

They increased my premium without telling me. However, I managed to get cheaper; almost half price quotes from various other companies. They renewed my car insurance automatically, and within 3 days I called to cancel and they charged me an admin FEE!

    All insurance companies will do that, they would only ask you for more money if you provided false information when setting up the insurance and you would have been told about the fee either on the phone or in the terms and conditions......

    If you don't read thing properly you cant complain.
