Good Points

Food was generally good


Bad Points

Chipped dishes and glasses in restaurant.
Obvious lack of staff meant tables were left uncleared for breakfast and dinner. Bedroom never dusted. Reception staff off-hand. Thomson reps more intent on being with relations than attending to guests. Entertainment dire! Sunbeds booked before dawn despite notices forbidding it.
Es Canar tacky - every shop is the same. Nothing really to see in Ibiza except the old town. One day trip will let you see all there is to see.


General Comments

First Thomson Gold holiday and probably the last if this is the standard Thomson set. Poor value for money
