General Comments

I signed up for the £20 package so that I can watch a film whilst the others are in the post. They only sent 1 film at a time, which was useless. The post was good, but even so, you are lucky if you can watch more than 1 film per week due to the postage times.

Movie Pigeon charged me for 1 months DVD rental rental, although I had cancelled the agreement 1 week before the Free Trial was due to expire. I e-mailed them several times, as the phone number they give you is useless and no-one ever answers the phone. It seems impossible to contact them.

I am not impressed, and my next point of contact will be my credit card company to reclaim my £20.
