Can get a little boring after a while, but it is very effective

General Comments

This DVD is an excellent all-rounder, combining toning with aerobic exercise in a well controlled and fun environment. The male instructor is clear, and it is just like being part of an exercise class (with Nell McAndrew) in your own room. I thoroughly recommend this DVD. It is quite challenging, but it gets results!!!
