Aircraft are clean and comfortable. Cabin crew are courteous and attentive to passenger needs. Food is of a good standard for airline food. Individual entertainment centers with good selection of entertainment.
Bad Points
Trip requires a short stop in Papette. Not a serious problem as it is an opportunity to move about and stretch legs is welcome on such a long flight. Flight departs from the International Terminal at Los Angeles Airport,not my favorite air terminal!
General Comments
Based on several trips, I would say that this airline sets a standard of courtesy to its passengers that is superior to other airlines flying from Los Angeles to New Zealand and Australia. Optional stopover in Tahiti can be a nice addition to a trip.
