Good Points
Very efficient in taking your money

Bad Points
I know they are not a car park but I need to let people know not use them as your booking agent.
WHY - I had an issue parking my car at a car park where it got broken in to. Their site claims that the car packs will be totally secure with 24 hr CCTV surveillance and high perimeter fencing. All of this is false.
They do not have a complaints department that you can speak too - only via e-mail.
I complained and told them that there have been other incidents with the car park - they have now took the car park off their site but have done nothing to help me with my claim against them or the car park.

General Comments
I will review the actual car park under a different review but I now know of 7 cars and one loss of keys in 7 weeks at this car park.

MIA is one of several car parks offered by FHR at Manchester Airport. FHR have booked thousands of cars into this car park this year without incident. MIA does have 24 hr CCTV surveillance and high perimeter fencing with razor wire topping. After this particular unfortunate occurrence (which was reported to the Police), MIA repaired the client’s broken windscreen before his return.

<br/>As a booking agent, FHR are required to liaise between the customer and the service provider, therefore the customer services department requests that all complaints are in writing, ensuring all details are accurately recorded with a full history on file available to both parties.
