Poor service!
Bad Points
Very poor or no service, they never ring you back. Hard to get hold of an advisor. .
General Comments
I bought two money back contracts with Club Mobile. I was supposed to get money back 8 times and I got it just twice when I faxed them every month's bill, not just quarterly. I have never seen such a bad service from any company in the UK.
