Good Points

The amp is outstanding, and for the price, the package is a good deal.

Bad Points

Not the world's greatest guitar. No DVD lessons included, just a brief brochure. Excellent documentation on the amp, though.

General Comments

Let's face it - Behringer is mostly known for it's sound systems and amps etc. The Behringer V Tone electric guitar they sell is better than a lot of beginner-pack electric guitars, but don't go in expecting a Strat just because it looks like one. That being said, the bang for your buck is pretty high -- the little amp really rocks, and the gig bag is handy etc. I paid $100 US for this, and I am extremely satisfied. I just wish the axe held it's tune a little better, had a better action, was able to keep it's intonation -- all these things I had done professionally, and the guy told me straight up that I had a bargain, but I'd probably want to upgrade after a year. He was right! The amp stays though.
