Bad Points

Pontins Camber walls were very thin and we stayed in the budget apartments so the windows were single glazed meaning that we could hear the annoying sounds of the seagulls every morning and everything else. We had a dirty apartment also, the carpet was dirty, the pots dirty, ants everywhere and also we had light fittings hanging down which was quie dangerous. The representatives just seemed to be bothered about having a good time with each other and the entertainment was awful not to mention the carpeted walls in the fun factory!!! wouldnt go back ever again but what I would say to anyone with a bad experience is to take photos and then write a letter to the head office. We found that we had a successful reply!!
