Good Points
The planes were nice

Bad Points
The airline was the biggest disorganized excuse for an airline. The customer service was by far the worst I have seen in years. There line was "I'm sorry, I can't help you".

General Comments
My united Airlines flight was delayed in 3 different cities with no answers. A 4 hour flight took 19 hours and 30 minutes to get from Wyoming to Grand Rapids, MI. To top it all off, when I got home at 1am the following day, when I was supposed to land in GR at 2:00pm, they lost my baggage. I have flown over 50 times, mostly on Northwest Airlines, and I have never had to deal with such a poor service. I will walk, run, take a train, bus or car before I will fly with United Airlines again. It only took 18 hours to drive from Wyoming to Michigan, but it took 19 hours and 30 minutes to FLY on an airfare that cost me $500.
