I purchased this Peugeot 806 Quicksilver HDi just under 3 years ago and I have never had any problems with it, just normal serviceable items and wear and tear ie tyres, wiper blades. However, in the last few months everything is going wrong, though mine has the two stage fan system ie there are two fans under neath the bonnet, the main fan as soon as you turn the ignition was coming on so I took it to Peugeot to find the fuse box under the bonnet. Has water ingress and needs replacing this is 600 from Peugeot as it is part of the loom. I am getting this done next week, 18th Sept 06. I have just had new brake discs and pads for the front and rear wheel cylinders and now the starter motor is playing up, plus I have a leak from the radiator. What's next, is it head gasket? All round the Peugeot 806 Quicksilver HDi is brilliant! I am just hoping these repairs will give me miles more motoring. I was thinking of changing for 807.
