Good Points

Efficient check-in and boarding procedures.


Bad Points

Expensive.


General Comments

They actually enforce luggage limits. This is the first airline I have encountered that makes you pay excess for 2 kilos over the 20kg limit. Multiple trips in/out of Australia to Europe with 30kg of luggage has never attracted an excess, so I was very disappointed to have to pay extra for such a short flight with Scandinavian Airlines.
