the 8910i is a great phone stop complaining about no polyphonic ringtones and the keypad if you are going to pay £300 on contract or £500 offline you could at least do some research on the phone 1st it is a business phone do you really want that image at work a stupid ringtone going off when you are with colleges or customers if you want a business phone and aming phone with polyphonic tones go for a sony ericcson P800
