Not one single good point I can think off.
Bad Points
This bank is despicable in the way they treat customers.
General Comments
I have banked with the Yorkshire Bank for 15 years with no problems, until that is I had a few bad months and went over my o/d limit. On the letters they said if you need any help to call them. Help - Don't make me laugh! Even though my salary was paid in every month they decided that it would be a good idea to just close my account there and then. Even though I have two loans and a mortgage with them. If this is how they treat a 15 year customer I would dread to think how they would treat someone just opening an account with them.
I am now with the Nat West and am claiming back six years of ridiculously high bank charges through the consumer action group.
Avoid this bank like the plague.
