Good Points

Whenever I go in there, they are always checking that I'm up to date with the latest money saving extras.
They rarely use jargon, and when they do they explain it very well.
They never make you feel like you should rush into a decision no matter how busy the shop is.


Bad Points

None of the 02 stores I have been into have been very big, although it's spacious and well laid out I haven't been able to get what I wanted in a few stores as they simply just didn't have the space to display it.


General Comments

Brilliant store, If you want to be on the 02 network but are unsure of the phone you want, I would definitely go to the 02 shop. The employees seem very happy, and there for work efficiency. They give you the important details and information on phones, and all of the advice I've been given is incredibly unbiased.
