We rented a Peugeot Partner from Crown car rental in Seville for 2 weeks, and it cost 260 Euros in high season, which is good value.

Unfortunately, the car was dirty and damaged. The central locking wouldn't work either. We were charged 63 Euros for a full tank of diesel up-front, which is unreasonable. A full tank is 45 Euros. We were told this would be refunded immediately on return if left back full, which it was. Clarified the situation on return. They agreed to repay the money immediately to my credit card. They have not, and they have not responded to my enquiries.
