The site is easy enough to browse.
NO customer service - the site is in the Channel Islands so out of UK jurisdiction, despite the .co.uk in the site name.
I ordered several CD's from HMV, after which the site said it had no stock and would have to order them. I cancelled the order and it went into 'awaiting confirmation' mode. Several days later it claimed to have sent one CD and charged my credit card. So far (several weeks later) I've received no CD's, no refund and no reply to emails. The ordering system is still saying 'awaiting confirmation', so I guess they are planning on taking more money soon.
