Good Points
To begin with the H10 was a good machine, reliable, good battery life, the sound quality was good and the earphones were very clear.

Bad Points
My first H10 crashed after I had had it for about 8 months. It would only play certain songs and then it would freeze up. I took it back and complained, and they gave me a new 6Gb one. Immediately it didn't work. I charged it overnight, but when I turned it on in the morning it wouldn't work. I ended up having to take the battery out and put it back in again. Since then there have been little hiccups, such as shorter battery life and slight freezing. But a few days ago I tried to put some music on it and WMP wouldn't go on, so I eventually gave up on the job and I removed the player. When I tried to turn it on it brought up the clock to show it was loading, but it would get no further! It also affected my WMP for a while! It has been broken ever since!!!

General Comments
At first I thought this was a very good machine, and it is quite possible that I have just had very bad luck, but I recommend that research is needed before a purchase of one of these machines!
