The company won't answer emails and delays making progress on a claim.


General Comments

My Treo 650 got wet while on vacation and stopped working. I filed my claim on the Mobile ProTech site and waited and waited and waited. After 3 weeks and 10 emails, I was finally instructed where to send my phone for examination. After another 10 days, I was told my phone was working. It took them another 10 days and a threatening email to get my phone back. My phone was not working when I sent it in. I believe the company purposely stalled my claim because my coverage was about to expire and they didn't want to pay.
