The lady seemed really helpful, and it seemed as though she was doing her best to book our annual holiday.
Bad Points
We had to pay there and then, but we were led to believe that the hotel was better than it actually was. The hotel should be ungraded, and it was not very clean.
General Comments
We were promised a family orientated resort, but Festival Village was dirty, and unless you slept in reception, we were not told about the 90 Euro room deposit. After all, First Choice had already got over £3600. There are too many bad points to list, but First Choice customer service will be hearing from us.
