We have a 2000 HotSprings Spas Grande tub. The HotSprings web site and sales materials all provide grand statements and warranties about their quality. We have had nothing but trouble from this tub and the company (Watkins) does not stand behind its product. They claim a five year warranty on their heaters and we are on our third heater and we had to pay for the replacement and labor -- $500. Hot Springs has lost its UL listing, because its product did not and does not meet UL standards. The sales and service people are evasive and dishonest when asked about this problem. All of our "top of the line" tub siding has delaminated and discolored. When we requested warranty service for this we were told that we would have to pay the labor to re-attach the delaminated siding and this was all they would do -- we ended up fixing it ourselves. Do not but a HotSprings Spa.

I disagree, I live in Australia and have had a Hot Spring Sovereign for the past 8 years. I have had a few issues, yes, the heater being one of them but I have found the company 100% behind the product. The heater was replaced twice and on both occasions the service agent admitted that there had been problems with that particular model of heater. I have had the last one for the past 3 years and is perfect.
<br/>Overall I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from Hotspring Spas.
