General Comments

Their customer service is appalling. They set up an incorrect direct debit on my current account before completion of my flat purchase. Two large amounts of money were taken from my account for 2 successive months. Although the money was refunded, I have still not received any offer of compensation from Northern Rock over a month after my first letter of complaint was sent.
