Internet access is good and reliable, but that's about all I can say, but then again I have nothing to compare it to either.

Now where do I start? See below...

I have been banking with them for the last 20 odd years, and I recently paid a substantial cheque into my account expecting it to take 3 days to clear, which is standard in most accounts. Alas, no! Not Barclays, as they take 5 days. I would have thought that in the the 21st Century when everything is computerised, that this would have been better and not worse. It is absolutely ridiculous. I also wrote them a letter, and it took nearly three weeks for them to respond, and the response was a standard letter and took no account of the details I had requested in the letter. It is the end of the line for me, and I am switching my account.
