Friendly, intimate and personalised. Did feel relaxed.
Bad Points
Apart from my manicure and pedicure, the treatments weren't as long as I would have hoped.
General Comments
I had the luxury package at Roseberry Spa in Telford and I did have a lovely day, but came away thinking, "for £175 I could have got a lot of individual treatments", so next time, I will book just the treatments and not the actual spa day. I would recommend though.
