General Comments

I booked my vehicle into MIA Secure Parking in April for 1 weeks holiday. On return they informed me that my keys had in their words been misplaced. If this car park has 24 hr CCTV security etc. Why didn't anyone think to look at the CCTV footage to see who was last in the vehicle. If people are unaware that 24 hr security is not 24 hrs then why are they still able to advertise this. My car apparently was not on view by their cameras. I believe that I was wrongly sold their 24 hr CCTV security, guards etc. Not so secure
