Customer service terrible. Complete disorganisation. Did not activate phones yet, but bills arrived before you knew it. Wrong Sim sent, phones not received.
Anyone with a business should not risk the potential loss of existing numbers. Do not choose One Stop Phone Shop, as they promise to arrange porting, new phones, Sim and cash back, but it went very wrong for me. I lost business, time and money. Go direct to any provider, not through an agent.
