Size of room.
Characters always in foyer.
Friendly staff.
Free shuttle bus (but extremely packed, so run to the front of the queue. You will be pushed out of the way, even if you have a 2 and 4 year old in your arms).
The food was nice.
Luggage hold if room not available, so able to go to parks.
Bad Points
No tea coffee making facilities.
No evening entertainment (we were the only ones in the bar).
Quite a walk to the park.
Expensive arcades.
Staff not always up to scratch on bus time tables (VEA shuttles to airports in particular).
Children's play area consists of 2 tables with colouring gear and a few bits of Lego.
No swimming pool, so very little to do in the evenings.
The only English channels on the TV are Disney channels. We could recite Zack and Cody by the time we left. There was also BBC world, so forget international satellite TV.
General Comments
We stayed at there at Christmas time in 2005. The hotel is VERY basic, but we only paid £500 for four of us for bed, breakfast and tickets. You get what you pay for. The breakfast was fine, and we had no trouble getting breakfast except on the Saturday, which was our last day. The queues were HUGE and there was nowhere to sit with 2 young children. I would advise people to opt for the earliest time possible for breakfast when given the chance on check-in. Dinner was very good value for money, and we had had absolutely no problems with seating and being served very quickly. Staff were very helpful.
The Room was clean and we always had clean towels. On the first day we were delivered a small hamper of biscuits, tea cups, tea and coffee, but you only get it on the first day, and there is nowhere except the VERY pricey petrol station to get anything such as these items. We were charged E40.00 for a small packet of nappies, so if you are travelling with young children make sure you have enough with you for the entire stay! Oh, the children were also left small cuddly toys by the cleaners.
Overall, it was OK. We aren't going back there this year. We have opted for the Disney NEW YORK hotel instead. Great if you are on a tight budget, or if you aren't tied to the hotel in the evening with young children.
On average, people found this review very helpful

The Disney Hotel is by far the best. It is right on the doorstep of the park, so avoiding queues, shuttles and the sort. It may be a little more expensive, but what you save in time and stress is well worth it. But still no tea/coffee making, which we also thought was bad. You can easily return to the Hotel during the day for a rest or to sort out children if they need a change of clothes etc. It really is a nice Hotel, and breakfast is very nice. You get treated a lot better for your money by the sounds of it! (must be a nightmare with 2 small children, and people over there just don't know how to queue and wait, do they?)
