I have used Blooming Britain in the past with no problem but this recent order was for a flowering plant and chocolates. They sent a bouquet of flowers, which were totally inappropriate for the occasion, and no chocolates. I can't get through to customer service number but order number answered. Said manager will ring back in 5/10 mins. They didn't. I rang again, and was told that it says in the terms and conditions that they can substitute goods. (that's right in very small print at the very bottom of the homepage.) She was unrepentant with a very poor attitude. Needless to say i won't use them again and would strongly advise you not to. You could end up with anything being delivered, in absence of your actual order, without any effort being made to contact you first. They had my e-mail address. Don't use them, they might then learn to value customers and treat their orders with a degree of respect.
