Good Points

The food was good, and it varied on a daily basis. That's all the good points.


Bad Points

NO air conditioning in the rooms as promised. NO telephone in the rooms as promised. NO piped music in the rooms as promised. NO customer service. NO room for late check out - they are just a ship them in and ship them out operation.


General Comments

I don't understand holiday-makers who say the Club Cala Romani in Majorca was anything other than rubbish. NO Air-con in any bedrooms makes it totally uncomfortable for anyone to sleep in August, especially children. The Italian's get their own day-time entertainers, their own night club, and wo-betide any Brit trying to join them! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone who wants any sort of quality in their holiday, and in our opinion it is no better than a 1 - 2 star. Go to the Hotel America (down the road). It costs the same and has a much higher quality, air conditioning and entertainment etc.

    Or to the Sama Hotel near there to... I would recommend going there!
