Occasionally slow to receive new releases despite prioritization
At least 4 DVD's have been very poor quality/unwatchable due to damage.
General Comments
Quick turnaround no problems with receiving or sending back DVD's
One went missing in the post when sending back but this caused no problems.
Good if you are not too desperate to watch new releases or can cope with the occasional unwatchable DVD.
