Good Points

Very nice views and lovely house!


Bad Points

The staff are inattentive and the food was fine if you like it slopped on a plate or if you eat in McDonalds and are thinking of having a wedding there, go for it.


General Comments

The manager at Nutfield Priory Hotel Spa stated the Sunday lunch is inexpensive and that is what you get. The fact is we were looking to book a very big party later next year and we were quite happy to go alacarte but they could only supply the Sunday lunch menu. They can keep the poor service and the very badly presented food and terrible service.

Very second rate. The pre dinner drinks were not offered to us and after 30 mins, I had to go to the bar! We were given them free after complaining! So what I would have preferred to pay for the service. The manager stated they were not busy, so why the lack of service!
