Bad Points
Jams easily and is poorly constructed.
General Comments
I have now had two of these. The first was replaced by the manufacturer as it started to make very loud cracking sounds and just stopped working despite constant cleaning. The second one has gone the same way. Claims to shred up to six sheets at a time - no way, getting one through without it stopping was rare. Now looking for a new reliable shredder.
