Unforgettable for the wrong reasons are the only words I can use to describe Carcraft. We decided to purchase a 2000 (V) Mitsubishi Shogun as we desperately needed a car. We were unable to test drive the car as they wouldn't allow us to drive it off the forecourt. After 3 weeks, the car was able to be picked up and purchased. We arrived and it was filthy so it took another 2 weeks for the car to finally be in our possession. The salesmen we had were rude and the overall place was a mess and I am absolutely disgusted that a company in the 21st Century can be so atrocious.
