    Good Points

    Excellent set of features you don't get on other email accounts I've tried.


    Bad Points

    Lots of downtime.


    General Comments

    I've had this account for nearly 2 years and in that time there has been periodic downtime. Worryingly, I have not been able to get into my account for 3 days due to a disk failure on the server my account is on and they don't know when it will be up and running again. This has prompted me to write a review because I have come to the conclusion that the claims made by the company (fast mail) are not justified.
