Fish, views, sea, pools, Italian restaurant and resort. Marharba tours were fantastic, and they helped us sort out many of our problems.

Safe broken
The Crowne Plaza resort itself was fabulous. It had 3 brilliant swimming pools and the views were amazing. The sea was brilliant, as you could see the fish and coral as you got in, and it is definitely a hotel if you want to dive or snorkel.
When we arrived at the hotel (8:45am) we were told we were not allowed into our room until 2:30pm. They also put 4 adults (2 parents and son (17) and girlfriend (18) in to a family room, and left another in a single room at another end of the hotel. The STAFF assumed this, and said they had no other rooms left, but we had booked 2 double rooms and 1 single room in January! They then changed our rooms back to what we had booked in the first place. When we got to our room we found that the sink was broken, then the safe broke on us with our things in it. And to top it off, the balcony doors didn't lock!! The customer service was awful. I phoned and then went to ask them 4 times before they came and fixed the sink, which meant it was broken for 2 days. We went for a meal at one of the hotel restaurants and had to ask after waiting for 10 minutes for the dessert menu! It would have bothered us if the restaurant was busy or becoming busy, but considering we were the only 2 people eating, it was quite annoying that the staff were chatting between themselves.
