Customer Service Personnel put into first class after first flight cancelled.
Lost luggage, disorganized personnel...especially in Philadelphia.
My fiance is in the US Navy. He will be flying to a ship to defend this country in the Persian Gulf in a week. 48 HOURS after his plane was scheduled to land, he still doesn't have his luggage. This includes his sea bag--filled with every one of his uniforms necessary for him to help defend his country.
Sitting next to him in the USO office at Norfolk Airport this afternoon were 10 Air Force personnel scheduled to hop a flight tomorrow morning to fly to Iraq. Their military bags are also lost.
These are only the circumstances that I know about.
I am beginning to think that US Air is ANTI-MILITARY and against anyone who is willing to risk their lives in defense of our freedom. This is apparently not the first time this has happened to military personnel stationed in the Norfolk area.
DO NOT give them your business.
