Good Points

Wonderful book. So clear, concise, easy to follow, and tells you everything you want to know. No complicated recipes or instructions. Have used it every single day since I bought my juicer, sometimes twice a day. Has improved my diet and my health by leaps and bounds. It shows the health giving benefits of each suggestion, and the thumbnails with the pictures of the fruits and vegs make it so easy to find a juice or smooothie to make. At the same time, if you want to just make your own juices by deleting one fruit or veg, or experimenting it encourages that too. Very impressed by Natalie's style and clarity.

Bad Points

Smal criticism..sometimes get confused with page numbers and recipe numbers, no big problem though

General Comments

Never had a recipe book that I have used so much. Have bought the Kitchen Shrink too.
