Bad Points

The water in both the pool and the hotel was absolutely filthy, we were promised a hotel without children yet they were under out feet 24/7 around the hotel, the room was the size of a cardboard box, the staff were unfriendly and aggressive, and I would not to go in the lift because you will end up punching it and it broke down while we were there
