Everything, but most of all, a good old-fashioned English family business.
None whatsoever.
To horror, my mother purchased an adjustable bed from a salesperson in her own home representing a National Company for £4000.
After managing to cancel the contract, I searched online and thank God, came across a family business called 'Abberley Adjustable Beds' and what a difference, nice, polite, and friendly people.
After a few exchanges of emails answering all of my questions I placed my order for less than a quarter of the cost and when the adjustable bed arrived, my Mother stayed on it for most of that day claiming it was the most comfortable bed she had ever used.
By coincidence, my husband and I were looking to purchase a memory foam bed set from a national retailer but after my husband inspected my Mothers adjustable bed, we decided to order a king size adjustable bed with memory foam mattresses with built in massage, headboard and four drawers for just over £2000.
My husband is an engineer and he said that the build quality is outstanding and can see the bed outlasting us.
I cannot wait for my new bed to be delivered.
