Good Points

The staff at Panas Village are very friendly - especially the bar staff who work very long hours but still stay jolly and helpful. The young barman Andrian was by far the most efficient and a lovely lad. The maids were also the best I have experienced. Cleaning the room every day with fresh sheets and towels, very friendly and return to your room if you are in bed.


Bad Points

The entertainment was awful. The kids disco was only for half an hour and was the same dances and games every night. We only stayed a week and the kids were bored after a few nights. On a couple of occasions the mini disco which was supposed to start at 8.30 didn't start until 9pm and was then shorter. The couple of acts which they did have were very good. The magician kept the kids occupied for hours.


General Comments

This is deffo not a four star hotel. The rooms were very basic and clean which is OK but the choice of food and entertainment let it down. We were at the block at the back (near the supa market) which had its own pool and very quiet which we liked, sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. My three year old loved it but a bit boring for my seven year old but we liked the peace and quiet. The only problem was that we had paid all inclusive and were constantly paying for drinks at the supermarket as it was too far to drag the kids over to the bar and carry the drinks over on a tray. We did try to get a sunbed by the main pool on several occasions and there was none available. We made the most of our stay there as we always do on all our holidays but would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not bad if you are only going self catering but definitely not worth all inclusive. Beware - our departure flight was at 11.30pm and had to be out of our room by 12. We paid an extra £20 to keep the room on until 5 but was told we could not use the all inclusive facilities - but we did anyway.
