General Comments
An amazing hotel at a reasonable price stayed there from 22nd august 2006 till 25th . Arrived late due to flight delays and even though it was midnight the guy on the front desk was most cheerful and helpful. We even had a free room upgrade to a business suite which had a lovely comfy bed, air con, tea and coffee making facilities and much more. We had a problem with the safe but on asking at the reception it was sorted immediately much to our surprise. The room was large clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and the housekeeping was spot on every day. staff are very professional and friendly , I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Amsterdam as it is just off the Damrak so it close to most major attractions and only 5 minutes from central station . Very clean friendly hotel. Nice room's stairs a bit steep but they have a lift. Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Set on a good location close to the Damrak, red light district etc so a good base for anyone visiting Amsterdam.
